Please complete the vendor application form below with as much detail as possible. Applications are reviewed based on product quality, visual presentation, cultural authenticity, and fit with our market themes.

When you apply, you’ll be invited to a short call (15–30 minutes) so we can learn more about your business and align on upcoming opportunities. Approved vendors will receive details about available dates and cities, which may include Austin, Houston, Dallas/Fort Worth, San Antonio, the Bay Area, Tampa Bay, and the Washington D.C./Northern Virginia region.

If you need a Temporary Food Facility permit, you must have access to a commercial kitchen. This is required by the Health Department. We will provide information to simplify the process, but we are not responsible for obtaining your necessary documents. Licensing and permitting are your responsibility. Menus are limited to 5 items. Provide a detailed list of your menu to ensure diversity and exclusivity. Vendors without a detailed menu list will not be considered. Note: If not a food vendor, list your services or items that you want to sell *
